WHERE WERE YOU BORN ?
I was born in a small village in South Wales called Church Village. This meaning I am Welsh, although I suppose my nationality is most recognised as British. My mum is Hungarian so you could say I have a mixed European heritage.
PLEASE TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR MODELLING CAREER. HOW DID YOU START OUT AND HOW OLD WERE YOU ?
From what I can remember I started as a child, as my mum organised that I had a children's modelling agency, not that this was forced upon me. I was always extroverted and loved being in front of the camera. I remember doing a British "back to school" clothing campaign when I was eight years old and I continued with it since then.
YOU HOLD TITLES OF MISS WORLD EUROPE, MISS UK, AND MISS WORLD BEACH BEAUTY. PLEASE TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCES AND HOW YOU GOT INVOLVED WITH THESE BEAUTY PAGEANTS ?
There is much to say about these experiences and beauty pageants but I will try to say it in a nut shell. As with most things never judge a book by its cover and Beauty pageants to me, holds true to this statement. For myself personally it wasn't about being judged based on my appearance. It was an experience that has given me a greater worldly depth of knowledge and broadened my horizons. It has helped build my self confidence and communication skills. I got involved because of the platform it offers to young girls whom are striving to have more of a public voice. Being a journalism student at the time I thought this made sense. Also I knew participating in Miss World would be a great lifetime experience to meet girls from over 120 countries across the globe. To communicate and spend time with these girls for one month was truly inspiring and thought provoking. Through these titles, I luckily travelled to many different countries representing the Miss England and Miss World brands. I think for me the most signifying part of this experience was when I visited Ghana and Kenya to take part in charity work there. I will never forget this experience and how it opened my eyes to the suffering that goes on daily without any thought by many. It made me practice gratitude often and be humbly happy with the fact that I'm very lucky to even be alive.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ROLE MODELS THAT YOU LOOK UP TO? WHO ARE SOME OF THE PEOPLE YOU MOST ADMIRE / OR WORKED WITH ?
To be honest I don't tend to have many role models other than my mother because she is the kindness most selfless and strongest woman I know. Although recently I really admired Angelina Jolie's humanitarian work. She has really set the bar high for film stars to use their status for a real purpose. She is courageous and brave and something who I definitely look up to.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WHO IS JUST STARTING OUT WITH MODELLING ?
I think the best advice would be to go visit professional accredited agencies or send pictures to them to get honest advice whether you would be suited to their clients. If you get refused don't give up they may not be the right agency for you.
IN YOUR INDUSTRY, THERE IS A LOT PRESSURE WITH REGARDS TO PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND BEING THIN. HOW DO YOU KEEP IN SHAPE? WHAT IS YOUR EXCERCISE ROUTINE AND DIET ?
I don't have an actual routine as such as it changes but I generally enjoy to eat healthy. I studied nutrition for some time and I also enjoy exercise. I love to practice yoga regularly, mixed with running and high intensity training. I enjoy lots of sports so I try to keep active as much as I can.
I'D IMAGINE YOU'D HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY. WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE YOU'VE BEEN TO AND WHY ?
I think I've been to many places that have been incredibly beautiful. One country that comes to mind, is when I had the opportunity to visit the ancient Giza Pyramids in Cairo. I've always had a fascination with the Pyramids and I can't quite believe that I had the opportunity to visit them with my family. It was incredible to take in the atmosphere of Cairo and sheer magnitude of the Pyramids.
ON A MORE PERSONAL LEVEL, HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR TIME WHEN YOUR NOT INFRONT OF THE CAMERA ?
Well as I'm new to Australia of course I love to spend it on the beach. I also love to cook, read, write and spend time practicing yoga as well as being with my beautiful boyfriend. There is nothing better.
WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO AT THE MOMENT ?
I mainly listen to deep house or indie alternative bands. Something that's always on regularly in the car is Mumford & Sons.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CUSINE ?
Aahhh I have so many. At the moment I'm loving oriental Thai cuisine and of course you can't beat British Fish and Chips.
DOGS OR CATS? WHICH DO YOU PREFER ?
Cats!!! Meow ;)
FAVOURITE ITEM OF CLOTHING ?
My white over sized jumper I bought from Salvos when I first got to Melbourne. It's become my comfort blanket even when it's hot.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DREAMS OR FUTURE GOALS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE ?
I think in the close future I would love to become a yoga teacher. I would love to take my passion that step further to help teach others the real benefits of yoga - not just for the body but more importantly the mind. I think my long term goal is just to be healthy and happy with the people I love around me. It would also be great if I could be with and look after my parents as they get older. They've given so much to me I would love to give back.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ALIZE.
